• Criminal Defense Investigations- As citizens, we are guaranteed inalienable rights under the United States Constitution. The 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th Amendments allow for protections to those accused of criminal misconduct and that the rules of due process are enforced. A Criminal Defense Investigator searches for the TRUTH regardless of the outcome, whether for the prosecution or the defense. We will review the case with the defense attorney of record, locate and interview witnesses, compare statements for irregularities, interview the defendant, examine the crime scene and conduct background investigation attempting to uncover reasonable doubt. We will conduct our investigations in an ethical and professional manner, abide by all laws and statutes, be objective and impartial and will not disclose confidential information.
